Many of you may be confused on the Zeev Grocery vouchers. This note will help you clear most of the doubts.
What do I get with Zeev Grocery Vouchers?
You get additional discounts and FREE grocery items with Zeev grocery vouchers at your stores. Discounts are over and above any offers running at the store.
Vouchers needs to be activated for you to use. Some of them will be activated by default. Some of them may require you to buy items specified in the vouchers for the amount within the time frame. You need not buy in one purchase, you can buy these across multiple purchases within the timeframe specified on the voucher. These purchases can be from stores not on Zeev, may be the store next door. Either way, upload the bill on Zeev, and we will make sure it is counted against the voucher.
Where do I get the FREE/discounted item?
You can get your FREE/ discounted item from any of the Zeev Partnered store. Right now voucher program is active at
Elite Supermarket, Punkunnam
PiknSave Supermaket, Ayanthole
CEDAR Supermart, Mannutty
Others stores will be onboarding soon.
How to get the FREE/ discounted item?
Click on Redeem your Gift, choose your item, Add to Shopping List.
At Store:-
Pick the items as per your Shopping List
Click on Voucher OTP
Show the OTP to billing counter staff
On Zeev ( Home Delivery/ Pick at Store):-
Select items in your Shopping List
Click on Checkout and place your order
Voucher allocation
Vouchers are allocated based on your past bills. It is based on all the purchases you have made across all the stores on Zeev.
Item Availability
All the items in the voucher may not be available in each store. The item availability depends entirely on the retailer, and we can only influence it. Click on the item in Zeev and navigate to the items detail page; you will be able to view the availability across stores. You can even ask the retailer to procure that item by clicking on "Oh I wanted it" buttons.
Voucher Activation
We call a voucher active when it is ready to use with your purchase. For example, The "Free Item Voucher" becomes active only when you have met the spend of x rupees as requested in the voucher.
Expiry
Since we don't know if a customer would like a voucher or not, we over-allocate vouchers among our customers. Whoever uses it first gets it. However, we do reserve the "Free item voucher" for you once you make any purchase which will count towards voucher activation.
Exclusions
There are no exclusions. These vouchers apply over and above anything that you get in the store.
