Free Gifts - How to settle with Manufacturers
As part of the Zeev Grocery Program, customers are eligible for free grocery items. Once the customer claims the free item at the store's billing counter, a credit note is created in the Zeev portal against the manufacturer.
These free items
1. must be requested by the Purchase Department of the store while raising the next PO.
2. will be settled at the store by the manufacturer/distributor in the next replenishment.

Outstanding Quantity
The free quantities given to the customer are shown here as Outstanding qty. This must be requested by the Purchase Department of the store from the manufacturer while raising PO.

Tag PO
Once the PO is raised, click Tag PO to enter the PO raised qty and PO Number. Once tagged, Pending PO will change accordingly.
Say if the Outstanding qty was 10 and PO was raised for 6, the Pending PO will be 4. This quantity of 4 can be requested in the next PO.
This is just for tracking purposes. If PO's are not raised for the vendor, please ignore this process. Just ensure that the outstanding quantities are replenished at the store at zero cost

Brand Settlements
Once the manufacturer/ distributor has settled the outstanding qty at the store, you will receive a notification on Zeev. Brand settlements tab will also have the details. You can click on Mark as Reconciled if the settlement is fine. If not, you can click on Raise a Dispute.
Zeev team will then get in touch with you within the next 24 hrs.
