Is there a delivery charge for home delivery orders?
Typically, there are no delivery charges upto 3 kms. However, the amount will depend on the store you have selected and the distance from the store to your location. We do not enable home delivery from every store. We enable it from stores that have the required infrastructure to provide home delivery at scale.
Do I get points for in-store purchase?
Yes, your in-store purchase is treated exactly the same as Home Delivery / Pick at Store purchase through Zeev.
What kind of vouchers and gifts do I get?
For every purchase, you will get Zeev points, these points count against specific vouchers and when you hit the target point, you can claim the free groceries associated with the voucher.

Additionally, based on your past purchase pattern, Zeev allocates specific vouchers that get you additional discounts.
Say, if you purchase ice creams very often, the system will reward you with 30% off on Baskin Robbins. If you are a privileged member of Zeev, you get privileges like priority home delivery, reduced minimum basket size, and much more.
